Hospice Care Support

In-home support that works alongside your hospice team, so the last months are spent at home and comfortable.

How we work with hospice

Hospice provides the clinical and emotional care. We provide the hours in between. The practical, hands-on presence that makes staying at home possible when a family cannot be there around the clock.

We coordinate directly with your hospice provider so that the two plans complement each other rather than overlap.

  • Personal care, bathing, and repositioning for comfort
  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Overnight and 24-hour presence
  • Respite so family members can sleep
  • Light housekeeping so the home stays calm
  • A steady, familiar face for the person who is ill

Support for the family

Caregivers working with hospice clients receive additional training in end-of-life care, comfort measures, and how to be present with a grieving family. They are also supervised more closely, because this work is heavy.
